I will take my pulse 4 times each.
(1)  I will take my starting heart rate
(2)  then I will go outside and put my helmet on
(3) after that I will get my bike and start riding my route
(4) when I am done riding my route I will take my ending heart rate
(5) 5 minutes after I finish my bike ride I will take my pulse again
(6) finally I will take my pulse ten minutes later to see how fast I am getting back to my original heart rate
(7) I will repeat this experiment every other day for the next two weeks
for my project you will need. a bike ,helmet and a route to ride your bike
If I ride my bike route then my pulse rate will go up.
I will take my pulse for 15 seconds
